Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at hello@theaitryon.com. Accounts are subject to a 30-day minimum commitment from the date of first widget activation, as described in our Terms of Service. After this period, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds

Commission is only ever charged on qualifying orders — sales that were genuinely driven by a customer using the try-on widget within the 24-hour attribution window. Because charges are tied directly to verified, completed sales, refunds are generally not applicable.

If you believe a commission charge was calculated incorrectly, you may raise a dispute within 15 days of invoicing by contacting us. We will review the underlying order data and issue a correction if an error is confirmed.
